Checkpoint tours
NFC, QR and GPS checkpoints with late-tour alerts. Scans are stored on the phone and sync when the signal comes back, so a parking garage or a basement never loses a record.

AI-first security workforce management
Automaata gives contract guard companies and corporate security teams an officer app that works without signal, an operations console that drafts the schedule, the reports and the invoices, and an approval inbox where a person signs off on anything that touches pay or people.

Field tools for officers and supervisors. Office tools for schedulers, billing and HR. Each one tells you exactly what Automaata does on its own and where it waits for you.

Officers speak or type. The app drafts a structured report, marks every AI-written sentence, and keeps the original note beside it so the record stands up later.
drafts · labels AI text · routes to the supervisor
Every scan, task, photo and note on a shift rolls into a DAR the client receives when the shift ends. No rewriting at 6 a.m.
compiles · sends to the client portal and email
Versioned instructions pushed to the right post, with read receipts. When an order changes, every officer on that post sees it before the next shift.
distributes · tracks acknowledgement
See who is on post, dispatch the nearest available officer, and keep the runsheet for mobile patrols without a radio log.
suggests the nearest officer · logs response times
Check-in timers and missed-check-in escalation for officers working alone, with the supervisor's phone as the backstop.
escalates on a missed check-in
A constraint solver builds the roster around credentials, hours caps, duty-free breaks and site rules. A scheduler reviews it before anything posts to officers.
proposes the roster · explains every assignment · you approve
Geofenced clock-in, break attestation at clock-out, and hours that are ready for payroll without a spreadsheet in between.
computes hours · flags anomalies
Guard cards, permits and training hours with expiry alerts. An officer with a lapsed credential cannot be scheduled until it is renewed.
tracks · reminds · blocks scheduling on expiry
Invoices built from approved hours and bill rates with effective dates, so a mid-month rate change is applied to the right days.
drafts the invoice · you release it
Clients see tours, reports and incidents for their own sites as they happen. It is the proof of service you sell with.
publishes · per-site access
Match your timesheets against a client's settlement report line by line and get a list of every gap before the invoice goes out.
matches · lists discrepancies with the evidence
Automation
Every action Automaata takes carries one of four levels. The levels are fixed by what the action touches, not by how busy you are.
Level 0
Work that produces a document for a person to use.
Level 1
Routine actions that are reversible and fully recorded.
Level 2
Anything that changes who works, how much they earn or what a client pays.
Level 3
Decisions that belong to a manager and a conversation.
Automated scheduling and pay decisions are regulated. Automaata is designed around notice before use, a human review path and a record of every decision, so your operation can meet California's automated decision-making rules and similar frameworks as they come into force.
Products
The officer app, the operations console and the client portal read and write the same data, so a scan in the field is on the client's screen before the officer reaches the next checkpoint.
Built for a 12-hour shift on a low-cost phone. Large controls, low-light screens, and a battery budget that lasts the night.
The desk where dispatch, scheduling, billing and the approval inbox live. Multi-window for a security operations center, single-window for a one-person office.
What your client logs into. Each contact sees only their own sites, with the tours, reports and incidents behind every invoice line.
Why it matters
A clipboard DAR proves nothing at a contract review. A timestamped, geolocated record of every tour and report does. Automaata produces that record as a by-product of the shift, with no extra work for the officer.
The app drafts the report, reminds about the tour, surfaces the post order and never asks for a signal it does not have. Officers spend the shift watching the site instead of the form.
Bids are won and renewals are kept on evidence. The client portal and the monthly summary make your service visible to the person who signs the contract.
Trust
Incident reports become evidence and schedules decide people's pay. These are the rules the platform is built on.
