Automaata is the platform behind the officers on post and the people running the operation behind them. It was started by someone who has done that job, at venues where the roster changes every day and the client wants proof by morning.

Who we are

Operators first. Software second.

Automaata was founded in San Francisco in 2026 out of years of running event and contract security at the Bay Area's largest venues: daily rosters of hundreds, badge checks at the door, timesheets reconciled against a client's settlement report before an invoice could go out. The platform exists because that work should not depend on a clipboard and a spreadsheet at 6 a.m.
